PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Fees
Member organisations receive a DKK 100 discount on the Conference fee (4 October). All participants registred trough their organisation will benefit from this discount.

The registration fee is as follows:
  • General Assembly on 3 October: € 60
  • Conference Dinner on 3 October: € 65
  • Professional Conference on 4 October: € 60 (members); € 75 (non-members)
The fee includes participation in the programme, lunch and coffees on both days. Payment by bank transfer will be required. Bank information will be forwarded by e-mail upon registration.

 Some financial support is available to member organisations. For conditions and application, please cf. the main page of the Annual Meeting. requests should be submitted to the Secretariat at secretariat@europharmforum.org by 8 August.

Transportation from the airport
The ticket office at Copenhagen Airport Kastrup is open daily between 06.00 – 23.00. Purchase a one-way ticket (2 zones).

The journey from Copenhagen Airport Kastrup takes approximately 35 minutes.

By metro

  • Board the metro (MET M2) in direction Vanløse. Get off at Norreport Station.
  • Shift to the train (line E in direction Hillerod or line Bx in direction Farum). Get off at Svanemollen St.
  • Walk to Scherfigsvej, approximately 12 minutes.
