Cancellation policy
Registration

Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to the event: 75 % of the fee is reimbursed (with a minimum deduction of 75 ).

Cancellation 2 weeks prior to the event: 50 % of the fee is reimbursed.

Cancellation 1 week prior to the event: 25 % of the fee is reimbursed.

Cancellation within the last week: no refund.
Accommodation

Cancellation will be accepted at no charge until 30 days in advance of your stay.

Some charges will apply for cancellation within 30 days of the Annual Meeting.
