Registration

• Cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to the event: 75 % of the fee is reimbursed (with a minimum deduction of 75 €). 
• Cancellation 2 weeks prior to the event: 50 % of the fee is reimbursed.
• Cancellation 1 week prior to the event: 25 % of the fee is reimbursed.
• Cancellation within the last week: no refund.

Accommodation

• Cancellation will be accepted at no charge until 1 September 2010.
• After this date, you will be charged any costs incurred by the EuroPharm Forum due to your cancellation of accommodation, according to the policy of the Comfort Hotel Østerport.
• No-shows will be charged the first night.
