The 13th annual meeting was held at the premises of the World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe in Copenhagen, Denmark, on 7 October 2004, and consisted of a business general assembly and a professional session with two parallel workshops, one targeted for the politicians and the other one for practitioners.

During the business part of the meeting, a new Executive Committee was elected and Ms Eeva Teräsalmi, Finland, handed over the presidency to Mr Herbert Cabana from Austria.

The new Executive Committee (2004-2006): Eeva Teräsalmi (Finland), Sandra Berzina (Latvia), Ivana Silva (Portugal), Herbert Cabana (Austria), Wally Dove (United Kingdom), Ingunn Björnsdottir (Iceland) and Henri Lepage (France).
