In communicating with members and other contacts that have experienced difficulties receiving our electronic messages, we have become aware that some of the difficulties are caused by technicalities that can be solved by following these instructions:

Whitelist the following address: media.pharmakon.dk in your spam filter/e-mail-system.

Ensure that the computer is furnished with an updated browser (eg
http://update.microsoft.com
) and is free from virus and spyware (eg
www.housecall.antivirus.com
). If the problem of receipt persists, make an attempt from another computer, preferably in the IT department.

Ensure that recipients’ mailboxes are emptied frequently to prevent blocking of new e-mails due to lack of space.

Ensure that users on the Discussion Fora (intranet) at
http://intranet.europharmforum.org
have created relevant alerts. To enter the site, you need to log on with your username and password. Detailed instructions for use of the Discussion Fora are available on the Discussion Fora.
If any of these measures cause you any trouble, we will be happy to assist. Also, should you experience that communication with the Forum still seems to be malfunctioning, please contact us to pinpoint and solve the problem.
