An award has been established to recognize the best practice programme of the year and to acknowledge a pharmacist or national pharmaceutical association for taking responsibility and committing themselves to developing and establishing a new practice that would be effective and relevant to patients and the public.
The aim is to present the award at every annual meeting of the Forum. An official jury panel selects the best practice programme among the posters presented at the event.
The Award was presented for the first time in 2004.
