Conference 30 September-1 October 2010
WHO and the EuroPharm Forum organise a European Conference on "The Role of Pharmacists in Individual Patient Care".
The scope of the Conference is to exchange ideas for implementation of pharmacy practice, to conclude on various pharmacy practice related activities and recommend future activities, and finally to draft a declaration on the value of pharmacists to patient care.

Joint publication: Metabolic Syndrome Pharmaceutical Care Programme
In collaboration between the National Hungarian Committee of Pharmaceutical Care and the EuroPharm Forum, a new publication has been produced and made available on the EuroPharm Forum website


Observatory on Pharmacy Practice
The EuroPharm Forum Observatory is a horizon-scanning tool and document library which is focused on pharmacy practice activities and development. We invites all pharmacy practice stakeholders to use and contribute to the Observatory.
